Have you ever thought about how our meeting’s come together? The tables, chairs and banners do not magically appear. Every Thursday this group arrives early for set up and leaves late to dismantle. If you want to give them a hand, I am certain they would not turn it down. One of the great things about being President is observing all the behind-the-scenes magic. That my friends is why Roswell Rotary Rocks!

Stroke Prevention
Ben Zussman, MD is a cerebrovascular and spine neurosurgeon with the Wellstar Medical Group. He completed residency and fellowship training at UPMC in Pittsburgh, PA and medical school at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. His research on the treatment of cerebrovascular disease has resulted in novel surgical techniques and improvements in patient safety and satisfaction. Dr. Zussman is passionate about providing safe, high-quality patient care. He is proud to have recently become a part of the Atlanta family, along with his wife, four children, and very-sweet but not-so-smart Labrador retriever, Adelaide.

HOPE Roswell Needs Volunteers
Hope Roswell is providing 2000 pencil pouches to She is Safe, a nonprofit that helps fight human trafficking around the world. She is Safe will take these packages to Indonesian schools. These school supplies open doors for conversation between the ministry and young girls. These conversations help these girls learn the do’s and don’ts in their everyday lives. Volunteers are needed Saturday May 15 from 9:00AM to 1:00 PM. ALL VOLUNTEERS NEED TO REGISTER ONLINE. You will receive instructions once you sign up. Click here to volunteer

Jim Savage
Jim Savage and his wife Kathy, along with their four children have lived in Roswell for 37 years. He has served as Den Leader for the Boy Scouts, President of the Sentinel Homeowners Association, Coach in Roswell Youth Soccer, and a Deacon at Peachtree Christian Church. Currently Jim is semi-retired ending a successful career in the Healthcare Industry but maintains multiple rental properties in the area. Jim has already become involved by participating in the Senior Day clean-up, Blood Drive, Senior Valentines packages, and has signed up to deliver for Meals on Wheels.
